HOW TO EMBRACE YOUR CURVES.


At one point in life or the other, we have all been self-conscious about how we look and how others perceive us.
Hollywood has created this ridiculous stereotype that for you to be viewed as sexy, you have to fit a particular body type. I have started several workout programs after watching BeyoncĂ©’ singing or watching a movie where the actress looked for ridiculously hot. Those programs did not last long because I was trying to look like someone else.
Everybody is unique, just because you have curves does not mean you are unhealthy.
I have been with people who I admire because they workout, they eat a healthy balanced diet but they also do not deny themselves that treat one’s in a while.
They have curves, and they are proud of them because they are living a full, well-balanced life.
Getting to the point where you accept yourself for who you are and live your best life is hard, but we are here to help with that.
We came up with several tips to help you embrace your curves.

Dress up to accentuate what you like about your body. There has to be something you like about your body, show that off. If it is your waist, fit clothes that show that off. If it is your hips show that off and if you are proud off your butt to show that off. Be the best possible dressed person that day; that will go a long way in boosting your confidence.
Usually, people dismiss this, but the right underwear is crucial. Wear comfortable and sexy lingerie that show off your best features. Stand in front of the mirror and admire yourself. Even though other people cannot see it, you will be way more confident. Splurge in a great collection one’s in a while, that is a significant investment.
Have a quote on the mirror that reminds you how great you are. Stand in front of the mirror and give yourself a pep talk to tell yourself you are great. Others might talk about you but what do they know anyway? You are great.
Have friends that support how you look and always remind you how amazing you are. Try to limit the negative people in your life and also the harmful media exposure.
I believe in music, and I love music, especially music that empowers me and remind me every day that I am amazing and the most fabulous person ever. I know you have that music that you love and can listen to almost daily when you are feeling down that music is great for your self-esteem. Everybody feels down at one time or another, do not wallow in the dark, boost your mood with some music. Play it and even dance to it.
Find a workout that you love doing and are not doing just because you want to lose weight. Do it, after a workout the rush of blood is an excellent booster of confidence.
Eat a balanced diet most of the time but do not deny your body what it craves ones in a while. You can eat a balanced diet every day of the week and have one cheat day where you eat all you want. There are great healthy recipes out there; healthy foods do not have to taste like cardboard anymore.
As a last note, it has been studied and proven that men find curves sexy so embrace your curves.
