Working out at home has never been easier.
There are many fitness channels out there for you, and it is not necessary to have a gym membership to workout.
Here at confident and fit, we decided to give you a list of five YouTube workout channels we have tried as you figure out what you like.
We are not endorsing any of their products, but we picked this channels because we have tried their workouts. They also have a wide variety of workouts to choose from that are both beginner and expert friendly. The exercises range from about five minutes to an hour.

BEST YOUTUBE CHANNEL’S FOR BEGINNER WORKOUT
POPSUGAR
I am biased towards POPSUGAR Channel for workouts because it was the first workout channel I ever tried. They have a variety of exercises from different trainers and one host Anna Renderer who is cheerful and warm. There are those who do the difficult workouts, but there is always one person who does the easy version. Making it easy to follow and beginner friendly.
YOGA WITH ADRIENE
If you are thinking of starting yoga workouts, this is an excellent channel for you. There are several sessions on Yoga for Beginners and her 30 day Yoga with Adriene series is a sensation. You can try this as you get your feet wet with Yoga before you move on to more complicated poses. The Yoga for beginners is easy and well explained you could do it with kids. I did the 30-day challenge with my little sister.
FITNESS BLENDER
I am also partially biased towards fitness blender because they have a calorie count in their workout videos. As you work out, you get to see the number of calories you are losing. This is a great motivator and great when you have a fitness app to track your calorie count.
BODY ROCK
On those days you feel like a good sweat, and you are up to anything try out BodyRock YouTube channel. It is amazing, and after one workout you feel super tired and sweaty, but you also feel like you can conquer the world. Great confidence booster.
BLOGALITES
Blogalites is a Pilate fitness YouTube channel run by an award-winning fitness instructor, but truthfully I do the workout because of the host. She is such a fun and cheerful character with a fantastic personality. The funky music she plays as the exercises progress also help in boosting morale.
