At one point in life or the other, we have all been self-conscious about how we look and how others perceive us. Hollywood has created this ridiculous stereotype that for you to be viewed as sexy, you have to fit a particular body type. I have started several workout programs after watching BeyoncĂ©’ singing or watching a movie where the actress looked for ridiculously hot. Those programs did not last long because I was trying to look like someone else. Everybody is unique, just because you have curves does not mean you are unhealthy. I have been with people who I admire because they workout, they eat a healthy balanced diet but they also do not deny themselves that treat one’s in a while. They have curves, and they are proud of them because they are living a full, well-balanced life. Getting to the point where you accept yourself for who you are and live your best life is hard, but we are here to help with that. We came up with several tips to help you embrace your curves.

You wake up early to go to work, you never get time to workout at this time, because unless you are dedicated most of us do not wake up with our hands up and wide smiles on our faces ready for a run. Some of us have to be kicked out of bed literally to wake up, so working out before work is not an option. You come back from the office after spending about two hours in the jam and your first thought is not, hey I want to jump into my workout gear now. You mostly want to settle and unwind after a long day and most of us with families have to start putting the family together when we get home. So that basically leaves us with no time to work out and get some exercise in right? Wrong. So everybody has something they would like to change about themselves. I do not dispute that God did an amazing job on creating us and building us to his own likeness but sometimes we misuse that privilege and do not take care of ourselves. We cannot change ourselves but we can certainly make it better with a little workout and a lot of healthy eating. That saying that whatever goes in will come out is absolutely true, so if you put crap into your body and misuse this vessel that you have been given you shall get total crap out. So back to the things you would like to change, those would be our problem areas and they can be your hips, your stomach, your butt or even your boobs. This one month I have decided to focus on my problem area which are my hips, thighs and face which at twenty five is still breaking out in pimples. I do workouts based on the inner and outer thighs and I am trying to come up with a skin regiment that can be absolutely amazing and I will share it at the end

Most of the time when we think of slow exercises we think of yoga and I cannot lie to you I have slept through several yoga sessions. Like literally dozed off until I am snoring especially when I do it in the morning. So today I came up with a solution and it is called the PiYo workout. Okay okay I did not invent it or discover it, I just stumbled across it on the Popsugar workout network. Long gone are the days when you had to work out until you are sweating profusely and you cannot feel the difference between your toes and heart. This workout is called the PiYo workout and it brings together the benefits of pilates and the strength and flexibility of yoga. Even the name is a combination of Pi for pilates and Yo for yoga. After the work out you feel nice and tall like everything is lengthened, stretching throughout the workout is key to elongating everything.
