HOW TO EMBRACE YOUR CURVES.

Image
At one point in life or the other, we have all been self-conscious about how we look and how others perceive us. Hollywood has created this ridiculous stereotype that for you to be viewed as sexy, you have to fit a particular body type. I have started several workout programs after watching BeyoncĂ©’ singing or watching a movie where the actress looked for ridiculously hot. Those programs did not last long because I was trying to look like someone else. Everybody is unique, just because you have curves does not mean you are unhealthy. I have been with people who I admire because they workout, they eat a healthy balanced diet but they also do not deny themselves that treat one’s in a while. They have curves, and they are proud of them because they are living a full, well-balanced life. Getting to the point where you accept yourself for who you are and live your best life is hard, but we are here to help with that. We came up with several tips to help you embrace your curves.

ADVICE FROM AN 85-YEAR-OLD WOMAN.

My grandma asked me a question yesterday that got me thinking. If someone walked right up to you right now and shot you on the head. One straight shot ensuring you have zero chances of survival, would you regret anything? Have you lived your best life? Is there something that you lay to sleep every night and regret not doing? She said, “We all think we have time until time runs out and we are left with is a pile of I wish I knew.” Nobody ever thinks they are going to die and we are never in fear for our lives every day. A man walking down the street, happy and healthy and he collapses and just like that he is gone. Heart attack. A woman traveling home to see her kids or parents. The car she is in runs into a lorry. Just like that she is gone. A family traveling home for the holiday on a plane and it crashes into the ocean. Just like that the whole family is gone. Life is very fickle. There are so many things that can happen and each day we survive it is by God’s grace. S

Success never comes easy, and at times life throws distractions on our path. That does not mean we should give up on our dreams and making dreams come true. Sometimes, you have worked for years, and it is just not working, you doubt yourself. Do not give up anytime soon. Keep holding on. Here is a list of ten people who made it late in life.   1.    Jk Rowling author of Harry Potter: My favorite is Jk Rowling because I read all the Harry Potter books when I was in Primary School. Her imagination is amazing, and it just took time for publishers to realize that her books are fantastic. She was a struggling single mum who was fired for writing at work instead of working. Imagine losing your mum, your job and struggling to raise a child alone?  She managed to sell her first script when she was in her mid-thirties.   2.    Sylvester Stallone: Who has not heard of Sylvester Stallone? He is one of the Most famous American Movie Superstar, but that was not the case when he starte

IF YOU WANT SOMETHING DONE RIGHT DO IT YOURSELF.

Do It Yourself TO SUCCESS. The saying goes that if you want something done right, you better do it yourself yet successful people have come to learn that if you want it done right delegate. The trick is in finding a balance between doing it yourself and delegating duties. I still believe that when you want to make it, especially at the beginning of your business the trick is to do it yourself. By doing it yourself, you get to learn new stuff and know your business inside out. You get to shape your company’s foundation just the way you want it to be. That way you determine how your success will look like in future. Creative people understand this more than anyone else. You imagine something and take it to the artisan to make it, and they end up ruining it. This is because they do not get the vision the way you do. Otherwise, if you want it done right then, you have to give very detailed instructions. Woe unto you if the artisan cannot read or visualize. When you do it yourse
