HOW TO EMBRACE YOUR CURVES.

At one point in life or the other, we have all been self-conscious about how we look and how others perceive us. Hollywood has created this ridiculous stereotype that for you to be viewed as sexy, you have to fit a particular body type. I have started several workout programs after watching BeyoncĂ©’ singing or watching a movie where the actress looked for ridiculously hot. Those programs did not last long because I was trying to look like someone else. Everybody is unique, just because you have curves does not mean you are unhealthy. I have been with people who I admire because they workout, they eat a healthy balanced diet but they also do not deny themselves that treat one’s in a while. They have curves, and they are proud of them because they are living a full, well-balanced life. Getting to the point where you accept yourself for who you are and live your best life is hard, but we are here to help with that. We came up with several tips to help you embrace your curves.

BEING REAL ABOUT DREAMS.

Goals seem so realistic when you are setting them in bed at night while watching YouTube.
Then the morning comes and the light shines, then that intermittent fasting does not hold any more appeal as you chomp down on white bread at five o’clock in the morning.
That one-hour workout, you can probably start tomorrow. No one cares.
Waking up at five in the morning is no big deal, but you went to bed at four because you were watching YouTube videos. So that is out too.
Giving up sugar goes out the window the moment you taste tea without sugar. What a load of crap in one cup. Like monkey and dog piss all rolled into one cup.
Marching into the office, facing your boss and telling them that you deserve that promotion because you work harder than Kathy? The morning reasoning will be, there will be probably another promotion soon.
The journey to give up wheat goes out the window when you realize; hey I have no time to make that healthy muffin. Probably because I slept late, woke up late and I am late for work. SO I should probably grab that loaf of bread on my way out. Oh, can’t forget the butter to go with that.
Buying that new shiny gadget you just saw online at night is out, you do not need it anyway. And the government is taxing your salary like they are the ones working. The one you have works just fine.
The truth is, setting goals is the easiest part of any dream.
Setting goals basically comprise of seating down and writing everything you ever wanted.
A flat stomach.
To lose 30 pounds.
A jet.
A Lamborghini.
A luxury hotel.
To pass the exams.
There are literally millions of dreams I cannot mention them all.
The second easiest part is the first two days of your dreams when you have that fire in your belly.
This is the phase where Rick Ross song starts to make sense now.
Fat Joe, Remy Ma and French Montana “All the way up” is your jam and the world is basically your bitch.
Pardon my language.
You can conquer anything and anything that comes in your way will be blasted by your superpower of infinite belief.
Then the best phase that differentiates people who go on comes next.
This is when your body aches the next day because you worked out for an hour the previous day.
This is the phase where you realize I have no money to make my dreams come true.
The phase you realize hey, no one gets my vision. The support is not as great as I thought it would be.
No one is buying what I am selling.
I like calling this phase the reality check. Most people quit at this point because, hey there life is great as it is.
Why fix a car that has not broken down?
Then comes phase four.
Those who stick it out up to here are not self-assured or confident about what they are doing.
In fact, they quiet nervous and obsessive about whether they got the small details right.
Will it work?
Will people see this thumbnail and click on my videos?
Will the boss see that I am trying to gain his attention?
Do they let all this self-doubt stop them? No. Because they know why they started out in the first place.
Right now I am in this stage with my YouTube channel, click the subscribe button to show some love.
Then there is the last phase, the success phase.
Sweet sweet success.
This is the phase where you get everything you ever wanted.
Then realize it was not actually what you wanted so you have to dream all over again.
What can I say the mind is a fascinating organ?
