HOW TO EMBRACE YOUR CURVES.

Most of the time when we think of slow exercises we think of yoga and I cannot lie to you I have slept through several yoga sessions. Like literally dozed off until I am snoring especially when I do it in the morning.
So today I came up with a solution and it is called the PiYo workout. Okay okay I did not invent it or discover it, I just stumbled across it on the Popsugar workout network. Long gone are the days when you had to work out until you are sweating profusely and you cannot feel the difference between your toes and heart.
This workout is called the PiYo workout and it brings together the benefits of pilates and the strength and flexibility of yoga. Even the name is a combination of Pi for pilates and Yo for yoga.
After the work out you feel nice and tall like everything is lengthened, stretching throughout the workout is key to elongating everything. The big focus on PiYo is not stressing the body, it allows you to workout, protects your joints and best of all does not spike hunger.
It is great after a day of work just seating on a chair as it stretches the inner and outer thigh and tones your abs.
I swear after doing this workout today I actually feel amazing and not like I will be unable to get out of bed tomorrow because of all the aches and pain. The benefits of the workout are that they improve agility and flexibility, improves posture, improves balance, weight loss which is key, and best of all your body and mind feel younger.
