HOW TO EMBRACE YOUR CURVES.

Image
At one point in life or the other, we have all been self-conscious about how we look and how others perceive us. Hollywood has created this ridiculous stereotype that for you to be viewed as sexy, you have to fit a particular body type. I have started several workout programs after watching BeyoncĂ©’ singing or watching a movie where the actress looked for ridiculously hot. Those programs did not last long because I was trying to look like someone else. Everybody is unique, just because you have curves does not mean you are unhealthy. I have been with people who I admire because they workout, they eat a healthy balanced diet but they also do not deny themselves that treat one’s in a while. They have curves, and they are proud of them because they are living a full, well-balanced life. Getting to the point where you accept yourself for who you are and live your best life is hard, but we are here to help with that. We came up with several tips to help you embrace your curves.

Workouts You Can Do in The Office |30DaysSweatySelfies |Day4

You wake up early to go to work, you never get time to workout at this time, because unless you are dedicated most of us do not wake up with our hands up and wide smiles on our faces ready for a run.
Some of us have to be kicked out of bed literally to wake up, so working out before work is not an option.
You come back from the office after spending about two hours in the jam and your first thought is not, hey I want to jump into my workout gear now. You mostly want to settle and unwind after a long day and most of us with families have to start putting the family together when we get home.
So that basically leaves us with no time to work out and get some exercise in right? Wrong.
This is surprising but you can actually get some workout during the course of the day, here are some ways how:
Use the stairs.
Okay I do not mean when you are going to the twentieth floor you use the stairs, you might get a heart attack in there but when you are going up one, two or maybe even five floors up use the stairs.
I am always surprised when I get into an elevator at the ground floor and someone presses 1 on the control panel.
No!
Use the stairs, get the blood flowing a little bit and during your lunch break why not take ten minutes to just go up and down the stairs? If you do this every day you might be better off than some of us slaving away at our one hour workouts at home. Haha.
Walk or jog or run in place
Okay this might sound weird and others might look at you funny or even laugh but adopt an; I do not care attitude because you are actually making your life better.
Seating in the chair all day is not good for your body so might want to get up and walk two or three times down a corridor or even jog and run in place for about 45 seconds about three times. This will even boost your morale to get back to work.
Squats
You can easily do this by pushing your chair back a bit and holding onto it for support then moving up and down until you get tired. You can do this as much as ten times.
Pretend rope jump
Alternate your feet as you hop or even hop on both feet at the same time.
Come on in a little bit early to the office and park farther away. That will give you about twenty minutes to work and another twenty minutes back. Great!!!!!
Every chance you get stand up
You can stand while you are on call or on a break and instead of sending someone to deliver papers, do it yourself
Most important of all remember to get in a couple of stretches at. work.
Most of the time when we work too hard, tension builds up on our shoulders and body making us lag behind so getting in a couple of stretches within the day will be great.
Sit up and drop your head down towards your shoulder on the left ear side, hold for a few seconds repeat for right ear side, forward and backward.
Interlace your fingers and reach up towards the ceiling as high as you can.
Take your hands behind your back and press your palms together. Sit up tall and hold on for about 5 to ten seconds.
These are just examples of exercises and stretches you can do at your desk there are many others, just be creative and find a way to move around and get your heart beat a bit higher.
We all have busy lives but it is great to remember that inactivity will finally lead to obese and exercise is great way to live a healthier life.
So stop being a chair potato and move that ass.
Hahaha just kidding.
Do not forget #30dayssweatyslefies challenge is still on with us being just in our 4th day.
