HOW TO EMBRACE YOUR CURVES.

At one point in life or the other, we have all been self-conscious about how we look and how others perceive us. Hollywood has created this ridiculous stereotype that for you to be viewed as sexy, you have to fit a particular body type. I have started several workout programs after watching Beyoncé’ singing or watching a movie where the actress looked for ridiculously hot. Those programs did not last long because I was trying to look like someone else. Everybody is unique, just because you have curves does not mean you are unhealthy. I have been with people who I admire because they workout, they eat a healthy balanced diet but they also do not deny themselves that treat one’s in a while. They have curves, and they are proud of them because they are living a full, well-balanced life. Getting to the point where you accept yourself for who you are and live your best life is hard, but we are here to help with that. We came up with several tips to help you embrace your curves.

HOW TO SURVIVE A PLANE CRUSH.
If it is possible, have a sit that is located at the tail of the aircraft to increase your chances of survival by about 40%.
There are the basics instructions given by the plane crew when you get on the plane, listen to them. Also, read the safety card. Remember always to put on your seat belt, it might be a bit uncomfortable but believe it or not, that small belt can save your life one day.
If possible dress comfortably, no loose fitting clothes or stilettos because when it gets down to it, there may be seconds between you and freedom.
Count the number of seats located between you and the exit and always remember to map out at least three exit routes.
In case a plane is going down remember your oxygen mask and practice some breathing exercises to stay calm. Brace yourself with the chair in front of you to help reduce the velocity of your head when they finally slam on the front seat.
Panicking will only make you forget what you are supposed to be doing. If the flight attendant has survived and can guide you, it is IMPORTANT TO listen to their post-crash instructions. They have been trained in such situations.
When the plane, you have about 90 seconds to get out before you are engulfed by the fire or breathe in too much smoke. The number of people who die on initial impact is minimal, the majority of the people die from the fire that consumes the plane when it crashes.
Try to remain as low as possible as you move as quickly as you can to the exits.
Remember to put on your oxygen mask on within 15 seconds before you even think of helping others.
When the plane crashes on water put on your life jacket, but do not inflate it immediately; swim out of the plane then inflate it. Otherwise, you will end up trapped on top of the plane’s cabin.
HEY, when you crush do not even think about carrying out your stuff. That laptop may be the most expensive thing you ever bought, but your life is more important. Abandon all your stuff, if you bought it once you can repurchase it.
When a plane crashes, it might explode at any time, so you have to get as far away as possible but still not too far that the rescue team will miss you when they come to rescue people. You should be at least 500 feet away from the wreckage. If you are capable of assessing the situation, make sure the position is facing away from wind flow.
If you can help other people get to safety, offer them the necessary first aid, put the oxygen mask on those, who are unconscious and then if there is a network connection make a phone call for help. Do not wander off to look for help; you have a higher chance of survival if you stay where you are. There are probably people on the way.
Hope this helps, and one day it might help somebody else so share widely.
Let us all save lives.
