I do not have the best skin; it keeps breaking up in acne
and has a lot of black spots.
As I am trying to fix my face; with natural ingredients that
will not affect my skin but have great nutrients; I thought why not share them with you.
Remember to know your allergies and do not use anything that
will give you an attack or hives.
Homemade face masks cleanse the skin, nourish it and rejuvenate it in the
best possible way to make it brighter. They can draw out impurities and oil,
soothe aggravated or inflamed skin and also hydrate dry or overtired skin.
This face masks are made with things that can be found at
home in your pantry or shelves.
First let us look at the benefits of using natural face
masks compared to store bought:
- They are cheaper and very easy to make usually
you just have to mix a bunch of stuff together.
- You get control of what you put in the face
masks this allows you to tailor the face mask to suit your exact skin
type and personal preference.
- Convenient and can be used anywhere so it never
runs out and you can use it at anytime even in the middle of the night.
Points to remember when using face masks
made at home:
- Apply some on your neck to help with aging.
- Apply a little bit in a small area of the
skin to watch how it reacts to your skin before you apply it on your face.
- If at any point you start feeling a burning
sensation wash it off immediately.
Before applying a face mask take a warm
shower or steam your face, this is to open the pores.
This is how steaming is done:
- Boil a pot of water, and then transfer it to a
large bowl.
- Let it cool for about 1-2 minutes then when it
is not too hot place your face over the bowl.
- Cover your head and the bowl with a towel for
about 5 to 10 minutes.
Remember to practice with different ingredients
and you will find one that works really well for you with time.
